At Picappo, we want you to love what you order.
If something isn’t right, we’ll help fix it — simply and fairly.

1. When You Can Return an Item

You can request a return within 7 days after you receive your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

2. When Returns Are Not Accepted

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been used, worn, or damaged by you
  • The item was bought on final sale or clearance
  • The return request is made after 7 days

3. How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy:

  1. Email us at

  2. Tell us your order number
  3. Explain the problem (photos help)

We’ll reply and guide you through the next steps.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned item:

  • We’ll approve your refund if everything looks good
  • Your money will be sent back to your original payment method
  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear

5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product,
we’re happy to send a replacement instead of a refund.

6. Return Shipping

If the mistake is ours (wrong or damaged item),
Picappo covers the return shipping.

If the return is for another reason,
the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

7. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You’ll need to wait until it arrives to request a return.
